Micro-enterprises are one of the businesses that are also affected during this pandemic. In order to support the development of micro-enterprises and business actors, the Trenggalek district government, especially the Watulimo sub-district, launched an innovation called lapak 215. 215 was held to bring licensing services closer to users, namely business actors in Watulimo sub-district where the geographical conditions are mostly mountainous and coastal areas. The research method used is descriptive qualitative based on Rogers' attribute theory, namely Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Triability, Observability. As a result, the innovation of lapak 215 is more flexible, making it easier for business actors to make procedures and processes easy for users to understand and most importantly bring the government closer to the user community.
